Established in 2016 by first dancers of Cairo Opera Ballet Company, Ahmed Yehia & Anja Ahcin, Premier Ballet Academy is the first to follow International Ballet School system, offering full professional education and program that is crucial for developing child into ballet dance

Anja Ahčin

Teacher / Director

The Principal dancer of Cairo Opera Ballet Company Anja Ahcin, graduated in Belgrade, ballet school Lujo Davico with excellence. For a very short time she was a member of National tether of Belgrade, and then joined Cairo Opera Ballet as a soloist in 2006. In 2008 she was promoted to a principal dancer.

Ahmed Yehia

Teacher / Director

Ahmed graduated from the higher institute of Ballet in Egypt with excellence. Ahmed joined Cairo Ballet Company when he was 16, and in 2000 he became principal dancer. In 2000 he won the First Prize as the best Egyptian dancer in ballet competition. He participated in many national and international competitions in Japan and Russia where he achieved historical success as an Egyptian dancer.

After just 4 years of learning ballet with Miss Anja and Mr.Ahmed I have grown to be a better dancer and person. I am proud to call them my teachers and i really couldn’t have asked for better. There’s always ups and downs throughout the way to be the best you can and they made me overcome mine. Some of those obstacles were being self conscious and suffering from anorexia. Through the years we’ve grown more than just the bond of teacher/student. We have the type of bond where i can tell them anything and everything and where they mean alot to me. And they were always encouraging me to do better cause they believed in me. And they were always there for me not only as teachers but sometimes also as friends. I couldn’t be more grateful that I got to know them.
